The travel issue

This painting is meant to be an invitation to travel in a landscape that probably gives dream to lot of people. The zen-attitude represented by the transparent and calm water of a lagoon, a boat for fishing, a background that invites to represent an island, and a sky with clouds as usual on islands. This work is indeed inspired by the landscapes that can be seen in New Caledonia, landscapes that I had the opportunity to admire.
